By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, copy, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss of your content or data.

We reserve the right to review content and remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically provided in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Your account may be suspended if payment is not received when due.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice when possible.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SendPouch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
